How to use

1. Turn the dial at the bottom in a clockwise direction to twist up about 1.5mm. (Twist until you hear about 7-10 clicks.)
2. Fill in your lash line.
3. Smudge the eyeliner before it completely dries for a softer finish.
[Cautions] This pencil is non-retractable. Twist up a little at a time. Close the cap after use and store in room temperature to prevent the pencil from drying out.
